A professional Agency team at wholesale prices…

By the end of 2008, Michael Daly had spent several years building a full service technology team (from scratch) for a medium-sized New York City Agency.  2009 was a challenge.  The agency had a very difficult time booking new projects and had decided to get out of the technology business.

The bad news is the team was dissolved. The good news is that they continue to work together as freelancers. This crew makes up the core Interactive Arsenal team - more than twenty technology professionals, who have worked over the years on a plethora of high profile projects - people who share the same process, same tools, who know each other's strengths and weaknesses, and who can depend on each other.

We can provide the experts to plug the gaps in your organization, and because of our agency training, we are not flustered by tight timelines or wacky clients. In addition, we have the depth of talent to provide a complete development team, including management of the overall project.

Do it fast. Do it cheap. Do it well.
(Pick any two)

You'll hear it from any seasoned project manager. The success of a project is based on finding the best balance between cost, timeline, and quality.  Our project managers have a unique edge in that they are experienced technologists with training in information architecture as well as project management. We understand that while a project is always limited by technological constraints, technology (for its own sake) is never the goal of a project.
